How it works

From upload to signed download

Six steps that describe the whole journey exactly as it happens in the app.

  1. 1

    Create your account

Register with a username and email. The username doesn’t have to be an email, but it must be unique. Your request goes to the system administrator, and you can sign in as soon as it’s approved.

  2. 2

    Upload your files

Drag a PDF into your library or pick it from your device. The file is checked before it’s accepted, and gets a thumbnail and page count.

  3. 3

    Prepare the document if needed

Before signing you can delete a page or reorder pages by drag and drop. The result is saved as an edited copy, and the original stays as you uploaded it.

  4. 4

    Create your signature

Draw your signature on the pad — with undo and redo — or upload it as an image. Save it with a distinctive name, and make one of them the default.

  5. 5

    Put the signature in place

Choose the page, place the signature, then move, resize and rotate it. You can place several signatures on several pages, and save your work as a draft to come back later.

  6. 6

    Finalize and download

When you finalize, a new signed PDF is built next to the original. Download either one whenever you like.

The original is never touchedThe file you uploaded stays saved as it is, however much you edit or sign. Every change produces a new copy, so you can always go back to the start.
